MINIMUM STRENGTH LEVEL REQUIRED?
EXPERIENCE:- Have at least 6-12 months of consistent training experience.
Push-ups: Perform 15-20 consecutive push-ups.
Pull-ups: Perform 5-10 consecutive pull-ups.
Dips: Perform 5-10 consecutive dips (using a chair or bench).
Squats: Perform 25-30 consecutive squats.
Plank hold: Hold a plank position for 120+ seconds.
